Share Information
Wallgate Group plc has 206,222,617 ordinary shares of 0.75p each in issue. Approximately 33% of the shares are in public hands.
Immediately following Admission 83,333,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 40.4 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital was locked in for 12 months and 41,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.9 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital was subject to orderly market restrictions.
Following the acquisition of Wallgate Services Limited a further 61,660,562 shares representing approximately 29.9% of the Enlarged Share Capital was locked in for 12 months from the date of the acquisition.
