Howard Strowman (Chairman & CEO) - aged 63 Howard formed PST in 1973, offering stock management to the photographic industry before later expanding into the IT sector where it became the market leader with most of the major brands such as Compaq, Dell, HP, Motorola, NEC, Microsoft, IBM/Lotus, Hitachi, Toshiba, Canon and Panasonic. In 2002 he set up Wallgate offering similar services to the consumer electronics market. Howard is an entrepreneur who has built and sold several businesses during his career. He has worked alongside venture capital investors as partners in his own businesses and also as a 3i Plc Non Executive Panel Director from 1988-2005. Simon Fine (CFO) - aged 40 Simon is a Chartered Accountant with experience of corporate finance. As a director of BAI International, Simon led the negotiations with Littlewoods for the acquisition of the Hitchens store chain. He has also been involved in the financial and operational restructuring of the business and with John Taylor acquired the business in July 2005. Simon qualified with Deloitte & Touche and prior to joining BAI and Hitchens, was finance director of the Modus Property Group - a property investment and development company focusing on the retail sector. Adam Reynolds (Non - Executive Director) - aged 45 Adam has over 20 years experience in the City first as a broker and then as a director of a public relations and investor relations agency. In February 2000, he established Hansard Group plc, a financial PR firm, listing it on AIM in November 2000, before successfully leading a management buy-out of the business in 2004 at which time Hansard Group acquired a major division of Energem Resources Inc. which changed its name to First Africa Oil plc. Adam is also Non-Executive Chairman of International Brand Licensing plc and a Director of TSE Group plc. David Wilson OBE (Non - Executive Director) - aged 74 David was a career banker in Manchester from 1953 to 1991. He was also a regional director of the National Enterprise Board (British Technology Group) from 1982 to 1985. Since 1991 he has been a member of the Council of the University of Salford as chairman of its remuneration committee and then its finance committee. David is currently the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester and Honorary Counsel of Iceland. He is also a Governor of the Manchester College of Arts and Technology. David is also a member of the company's Audit and Remuneration committees.
